Mushroom Chicken Gravy
- 8 pieces Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
- 1 stick Butter
- 1 teaspoon Salt To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper To Taste
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika To Taste
- 2 cans Cream Of Mushroom(can Use 98% FF)
- 23 cups Chicken Broth
- 7 Tablespoons Cooking Sherry
- 2 Tablespoons Kitchen Bouquet
- Put one stick of butter in large skillet and melt in oven.
- Salt, pepper, and paprika chicken breasts to taste.
- Put chicken in skillet with butter.
- Set oven to 450 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine: cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, cooking sherry, and kitchen bouquet (to desired darkness).
- Pour mixture over chicken, whisk, and cook on 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Add water or more chicken broth to thin out gravy if needed.
- Serve over rice.
