Add Punch to Sausages with Sesame Seeds and Dashi
- 4 Wiener sausages
- 1 dash Dashi stock granules (about 1 small pinch)
- 1 dash Ground sesame seeds (to taste)
- 1 dash Sesame oil (a little)
- Cut notches into the wieners as you like.
- Add sesame oil to a pan and fry the wieners.
- After they have cooked through, Add the dashi stock and ground sesame after turning off the heat.
- Mix together with the residual heat, and you are done.
- If you are packing this in a bento make sure to let it cool first.
