Steak marinade

• 1/2 cup red wine ( I use merlot. lighter, fruitier wine)
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup worchester sauce
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1/2 tsp Franks hot sauce (optional)
• 4 clove of minced garlic
• 1 ground black pepper to taste
• 1 tbsp crushed parsley

1. can grill or broil with this marinade!

3. whisk together all ingredients in glass bowl.
4. add any type of steak and marinate 4-6 hours or longer.
