Easy Cooked Pork Chops
- 8 boneless pork loin chops
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons onions, minced
- 2 (12 ounce) cans pork gravy
- 2 cups sour cream
- Brown pork loins in olive oil for 4 to 5 minutes per side.
- Add the onion.
- Mix the gravy and sour cream and spoon over the pork chops.
- Cook covered on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Make sure this does not boil.
- I like to make this with wild rice or egg noodles.
