Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Heat butter in large frying pan.
  2. Add in uncooked rice and minced onion.
  3. Cook over medium heat for 5 min or possibly till golden, stirring frequently.
  4. In 3-qt casserole dish place rice mix into it.
  5. Add in Large eggs (scrambled dry, till crumbly), chicken broth, shrimp (rinsed and liquid removed) and soy sauce.
  6. Stir; cover.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for about 45 min or possibly till rice is tender and broth is absorbed.
  8. NOTE: Can substitute for diced chicken or possibly pork (cooked).
