Oatmeal Chip Cookies
- 2 c. corn oil margarine
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. flour
- 5 c. blended oatmeal, blend in blender
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 (12 oz.) bag milk chocolate morsels
- 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet morsels
- 3 c. chopped nuts
- Cream margarine and both sugars.
- Add eggs and vanilla.
- Add salt, baking soda and baking powder to flour.
- Mix well.
- Then add to creamed mixture.
- Add oatmeal slowly.
- The mixture will be stiff.
- Add chocolate morsels and nuts.
- Roll into walnut size balls.
- Place 2-inches apart on cookie sheet.
- Bake 12 minutes at 375u0b0.
- Makes 112 cookies.
