Ziti Bake
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. ziti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 (15 oz.) jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- Prepare ziti as directed on package; drain and set aside.
- In large frying pan, cook beef until well browned; remove from heat and drain.
- Stir in Ricotta, then place in large bowl and add Parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, egg and half of sauce.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Add ziti and toss gently to coat well.
- Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Pour remaining sauce evenly over ziti mixture.
- Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for approximately 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
