Easy Breakfast in the Microwave! Melted Baked Cheese Rice
- 1 Wiener sausage
- 20 grams Corn kernels
- 20 grams Carrot
- 30 grams Cabbage
- 100 ml Water
- 1/2 tsp Consomme stock cube
- 80 grams Hot cooked white rice
- 20 grams Melting type cheese
- Cut the vegetables and sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Put Step 1 into a heatproof dish (like a gratin pan), add the ingredients, and lightly mix.
- Microwave at 500 W for 3 minutes.
- Put the rice in the center and top with cheese.
- Bake in an oven for 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- By putting the melted, baked cheese into the piping hot soup and rice, you can easily eat this dish.
- Even if you're not hungry when you start, you'll gobble it right up!
