Scotch Eggs

  1. Boil the 4 eggs, when completely cold, peel.
  2. Dip in seasoned flour.
  3. Cover with sausage so no egg can "peek" out.
  4. Dip in beaten egg and then roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil til golden brown, 6 to 7 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
