Pasta Salad

  1. Mix the vinegar, sugar, oil and spices to make dressing.
  2. Combine rotini, olives, carrots, celery and cucumber.
  3. Pour dressing over and chill.
  4. (Other veggies can be added to your taste.
  5. Ideas would include cherry tomatoes, green pepper and onion).
  6. This salad keeps well for several days in the fridge.
  7. Cooking time includes plenty of chilling time in the fridge.
