Hawaiian Roll Sliders
- 2 pounds Ground Beef Patties, Divided
- 1 package King's Hawaiian Rolls, 12 Rolls
- 6 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 6 Tablespoons Mustard
- 12 whole Pickle Slices
- 4 ounces, weight Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded Or Sliced
- Shape ground beef patties into 16 small squares (about the size of your rolls).
- Cook on your grill until done.
- I used my George Forman grill and cooked them for 9 minutes.
- Warm rolls in oven according to package directions.
- Place 1/2 tablespoon of ketchup and mustard on each roll, followed with 1 patty, 1 pickle slice and some cheese.
