The Casablanca Cocktail

  1. In a rocks glass, dash bitters over sugar cube, add cherry and blood orange slice to it, then muddle.
  2. Add enough ice to nearly fill the glass.
  3. Add the rum.
  4. Top with a splash of water and garnish with a blood orange wedge.
