Italian Marinated Flank Steak

  1. Mix dressing, onion, basil, oregano and garlic powder in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Pour over steaks in full hotel pan (or half hotel pan for trial recipe); turn steaks over to evenly coat.
  3. Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  4. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Place steaks on rack of broiler pan or on hot grill.
  6. Broil or grill 5 min.
  7. on each side for color.
  8. Place in clean full sheet pan (or half sheet pan for trial recipe).
  9. Bake in 300F-convection oven for 20 to 25 min.
  10. or until internal temperature reaches 145F.
  11. Cut meat diagonally across the grain into thin slices to serve.
