100% Rice Flour Sandwich Bread (Brown Sugar) with the Bread Maker

  1. Regular Bread: All of the ingredients are the same, but use 30 g of white sugar.
  2. Turn on the bread maker, and you will have soft rice flour bread.
  3. Brown Sugar Version: If there are any lumps in the brown sugar use a fork to mash them.
  4. Add the ingredients as directed in your bread maker's instruction manual.
  5. Choose the wheat-free flour bread course.
  6. And just leave the rest to the bread maker!
  7. It'll be done in a little less than 2 hours!
  8. Let it cool off before cutting.
  9. This is the wheat-free rice flour bread mix that I used.
