100% Rice Flour Sandwich Bread (Brown Sugar) with the Bread Maker
- 300 grams Wheat-free rice flour bread mix
- 30 grams Shortening
- 2/3 tsp Salt
- 270 ml Water
- 70 grams, (to taste) Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Dry yeast
- Regular Bread: All of the ingredients are the same, but use 30 g of white sugar.
- Turn on the bread maker, and you will have soft rice flour bread.
- Brown Sugar Version: If there are any lumps in the brown sugar use a fork to mash them.
- Add the ingredients as directed in your bread maker's instruction manual.
- Choose the wheat-free flour bread course.
- And just leave the rest to the bread maker!
- It'll be done in a little less than 2 hours!
- Let it cool off before cutting.
