Bryan's Jerk Rub: Jamiacan Style
- 3 teaspoons thyme
- 3 teaspoons packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground allspice
- 2 teaspoons mace
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 12 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon ground cloves
- Mix ingredients together and rub on pork chops or chicken.
- Grill or place in refridgerator until ready to grill.
