Crab Imperial(Lo-Cal)

  1. Combine the crab meat, pimiento and celery in a mixing bowl. Crumble the slices of bread and add to the mixture.
  2. Gently add the egg whites, yogurt, Worcestershire, cayenne, mustard, salt substitute and lemon juice.
  3. Place in a sprayed casserole dish. Top with a sprinkle of paprika.
  4. Bake at 400u0b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until lightly brown.
