Fried Rice from Central Java (NASI GORENG JAWA TENGAH)

  1. Heat oil and saute ground spices until fragrant.
  2. Add the white rice, stirring until blended.
  3. Add in cabbage, scrambled eggs, sugar, salt and flavorings.
  4. Stir again, let the cabbage slightly wilt.
  5. Serve the fried rice with complementary ingredients.
