Sicilian Dinner

  1. Brown meat.
  2. Add onion and cook until tender.
  3. Add tomato paste, water and seasonings (garlic, basil and oregano if desired).
  4. Simmer 10 minutes.
  5. Cook noodles.
  6. Drain well.
  7. Heat milk and cubed cream cheese.
  8. Stir until melted.
  9. Add 1/2 of Parmesan, 1/4 teaspoon garlic, green pepper and pinch of salt. Add noodles.
  10. Put alternate layers of meat and noodle mixtures into greased casserole dish.
  11. End with meat mixture.
  12. Add rest of Parmesan on top.
  13. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
  14. Freezes well.
