Janae's Bread
- 2 12 teaspoons yeast
- 12 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon shortening
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup frozen raspberry-lemonade concentrate
- 1 egg
- 9 cups flour
- 12 cup sugar
- Mix yeast, warm milk and 2 T. sugar and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix Shortening, milk and salt and cook until shortening melts and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Add rest of ingredients.
- Knead for 10 minutes.
- Raise 1 hour.
- Knead 1 more minute.
- Put in 4 loaf pans, let raise 1 hour.
- Cook at 350* for 30 minutes.
