Honey Orange Chicken

  1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour and salt.
  2. Add the chicken and shake to coat.
  3. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooker through, 3 to 4 minutes per side; transfer to a plate.
  5. Add the orange zest, juice, broth, honey and garlic to the skillet and simmer until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
  6. Stir in the parsley and spoon over the chicken.
