Honey Orange Chicken
- 2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 4 boneless chicken-breast halves
- 2 tsp. oil
- 1 tsp. grated orange zest
- 1/2 c. fresh orange juice
- 1/2 c. low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour and salt.
- Add the chicken and shake to coat.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and cooker through, 3 to 4 minutes per side; transfer to a plate.
- Add the orange zest, juice, broth, honey and garlic to the skillet and simmer until slightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
- Stir in the parsley and spoon over the chicken.
