Simple Takana Fried Rice
- 200 grams Cooked rice
- 50 grams Takana
- 1 Egg
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Crack the eggs, beat, and add a little salt.
- Make soft scrambled egg in a frying pan with a little oil, transfer to a plate and set aside.
- Add sesame oil to the same frying pan from Step 1, add the minced takana and cook.
- Add the rice and cook while mixing everything together.
- Once the rice has been crumbled in, add the mayonnaise and soy sauce and cook while mixing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix in the scrambled egg and it's complete.
