Chocolate Cherry Melts

  1. IN heavy saucepan, carefully melt chocolate and butter over low heat.
  2. Beat eggs until thick, about 8 minutes.
  3. Gradually add sugar.
  4. Beat in chocolate and brandy.
  5. Fold in chopped cherries, crushed wafers and nuts.
  6. Spoon into small individual paper cups.
  7. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  8. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and additional cherries.
  9. SERVE chilled.
