Gaedcarha (The Original Name for Jedtifsio)

  1. Boil the coconut water (and juice if chosen) and add everything.
  2. Let that simmer for 40 minutes.
  3. Take the fruit out with tongs and strain through a coffee strainer.
  4. Serve warm and enjoy!
