Velvet Crepes

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Place Velveeta in large microwaveable bowl.
  3. Stir in milk.
  4. Microwave on MEDIUM 3 min.
  5. or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring every 1-1/2 min.
  6. Remove 3/4 cup of the sauce; set aside for later use.
  7. Add chicken and vegetables to remaining sauce; mix well.
  8. Spoon evenly onto crepes.
  9. Roll up.
  10. Place, seam-sides down, in greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
  11. Drizzle with reserved 3/4 cup sauce.
  12. Sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese.
  13. Bake 30 min.
  14. or until hot and bubbly.
