Refrigerator Rolls
- 5-6 cups flour
- 2 packets yeast
- 2/3 c. warm water
- 1 c. warm milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. softened margarine
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Sprinkle yeast into warm water in a large warm bowl.
- Add warm milk, sugar, salt, margarine and eggs.
- Stir in 2-3 cups flour.
- Beat vigorously with wooden spoon until smooth (150 strokes).
- Gradually stir in another 2-3 cups flour.
- Turn out on a floured board, round, and knead for 5-10 minutes.
- Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Shape into rolls or coffee cakes, place in greased pans.
- Brush surface with oil and cover.
- Place in refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
- When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
- Remove cover and bake at 375u0b0 for 20-25 minutes.
