Refrigerator Rolls

  1. Sprinkle yeast into warm water in a large warm bowl.
  2. Add warm milk, sugar, salt, margarine and eggs.
  3. Stir in 2-3 cups flour.
  4. Beat vigorously with wooden spoon until smooth (150 strokes).
  5. Gradually stir in another 2-3 cups flour.
  6. Turn out on a floured board, round, and knead for 5-10 minutes.
  7. Cover and let rest for 20 minutes.
  8. Shape into rolls or coffee cakes, place in greased pans.
  9. Brush surface with oil and cover.
  10. Place in refrigerator for 2-24 hours.
  11. When ready to bake, remove from refrigerator and let stand for 10-15 minutes.
  12. Remove cover and bake at 375u0b0 for 20-25 minutes.
