Chicken Imperial

  1. Combine all ingredients, except chicken and salt, in saucepan and blend over medium heat for 2 to 5 minutes, until smooth.
  2. Salt chicken on both sides and place in an ungreased oblong pan, skin side down.
  3. Brush chicken generously with sauce, using about 3/4 of sauce.
  4. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  5. Uncover, turn chicken and add the rest of the sauce and continue baking for 30 minutes or until tender.
  6. Yield: 4 servings.
