Roast Pork Stuffed with Caraway Seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Cut 3/4 inch slits in pork loin.
  3. Stuff caraway seeds & garlic into the slits.
  4. Mix in a small bowl the thyme, paprika, marjoram, salt and pepper to make a rub.
  5. Put the rub on the stuffed pork loin.
  6. Brown the pork loin in a large pan with the oil until browned about 5-7 minutes.
  7. Tranfer to a roasting pan and place in the hot oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer reads 165F.
