Tomato Curry - Full of Beans

  1. Mince the vegetables.
  2. Heat 1.5 tablespoon oil in a pot, and cook the meat.
  3. When browned, stir in the wine.
  4. Add vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Add curry powder, flour, salt and pepper (not listed) and blend until the dry ingredients are well incorporated.
  6. Add the ingredients marked with , simmer for about 20 minutes, then serve.
  7. "Izumiuna" garnished the curry generously with lettuce, cheese, and a sunny-side up.
  8. I used a 400 g can of cut tomatoes and drained the water.
  9. That also worked well.
