Mustard Beef Rolls

  1. Chargrill beef for 3-4 minutes each side.
  2. Allow to rest 5 minutes before thinly slicing.
  3. Combine mayonnaise and mustard.
  4. Spread evenly over the bread or base of each roll.
  5. Top with lettuce, beef, capsicum and onion.
  6. Serve immediately.
