  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Cook potatoes in boiling water in large saucepan 8 to 10 min.
  3. or until tender; drain.
  4. Return potatoes to pan.
  5. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  6. Spoon into 2-qt.
  7. casserole sprayed with cooking spray; cover.
  8. Bake 22 to 25 min.
  9. or until potatoes are tender.
  10. Stir gently before serving.
