Baked Chocolate Donuts
- 1 egg Egg
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 80 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 tbsp Condensed milk
- 50 grams Butter
- 50 grams Walnuts (optional)
- Preparation Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
- Finely chop the walnuts.
- You can also put them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
- Melt the butter in a double broiler.
- In a bowl, add in the sugar and the egg and mix well.
- Add the milk and condensed milk and mix together.
- Next, sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder together and lightly stir.
- Pour in the melted butter.
- Add in the walnuts and mix it quickly.
- Then the dough is done!
- Now pour the dough into a plastic bag.
- Rather than a regular plastic bag, I think using a plastic icing bag is much easier.
- Next put the plastic bag in a glass and let it sit standing up.
- Next spray the mold with oil, and then coat the sides with butter.
- Cut a whole in the plastic bag and then pour the dough into the mold.
- Lower your oven's temperature to 350F (180C) and bake for 20 minutes.
- (The thing next to the tray is for tasting.)
- When they are done, take them out of the mold and let them cool on a tray.
- Once they do, they are done!
- Finished!
