Baked Chocolate Donuts

  1. Preparation Preheat your oven to 375F (190C).
  2. Finely chop the walnuts.
  3. You can also put them in a plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  4. Melt the butter in a double broiler.
  5. In a bowl, add in the sugar and the egg and mix well.
  6. Add the milk and condensed milk and mix together.
  7. Next, sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder together and lightly stir.
  8. Pour in the melted butter.
  9. Add in the walnuts and mix it quickly.
  10. Then the dough is done!
  11. Now pour the dough into a plastic bag.
  12. Rather than a regular plastic bag, I think using a plastic icing bag is much easier.
  13. Next put the plastic bag in a glass and let it sit standing up.
  14. Next spray the mold with oil, and then coat the sides with butter.
  15. Cut a whole in the plastic bag and then pour the dough into the mold.
  16. Lower your oven's temperature to 350F (180C) and bake for 20 minutes.
  17. (The thing next to the tray is for tasting.)
  18. When they are done, take them out of the mold and let them cool on a tray.
  19. Once they do, they are done!
  20. Finished!
