BBQ Burgers Jibarito Style
- 1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 3 large green plantains, cut lengthwise and crosswise in half
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing, divided
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1-1/2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, cut into 6 slices Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- Mix sour cream and garlic; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Meanwhile, mix meat, onions and barbecue sauce.
