YMUSTUHATE my Carrot Cake
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup Oil
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 cup powered sugar
- 3 tsp vanilla
- preheat oven to 350
- grease baking dish and lightly flour
- best eggs, oil and sugar with 2 teaspoons of vanilla
- mix: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon
- stir in carrots
- bake 40-50 minutes
- let cool 10 mins before adding frosting
- FROSTING
- Mix: butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon of vanilla
