Hamburgers

  1. Mix all ingredients well, in a bowl.
  2. Pat out four thick patties.
  3. Place in freezer for 10 minutes before cooking to keep the meat from falling apart.
  4. Cook on a grill or on the stove in a pan, medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until meat is cooked to desired done.
  5. Enjoy on a bun with lettuce, tomato, pickles and cheese.
