Sunday Supper Irish Veggie Stew
- 1 quart red beans
- 1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 quart tomato juice
- 3 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 tablespoons chili seasoning mix (520739)
- 12 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pint green olives
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 -2 green pepper, chopped (no seeds)
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- Add onions and Saute till transparent,add garlic.
- Add remaining ingredients and seasoning to taste.
- Serve with warm u buttered french bread or rolls.
