Sausage & Cheese Mushrooms

  1. Wipe clean mushrooms, remove stems.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Brown sausage in fry pan.
  4. Place in bowl, reserve fat.
  5. Add vegs.
  6. to pan with fat and saute, 10 mins.
  7. Add to bowl.
  8. Let cool slightly.
  9. Add remaining ingredients except parm.
  10. cheese.
  11. Mix well.
  12. Stuff mushrooms and place in greased pan.
  13. Sprinkle with parm cheese (and extra cheddar).
  14. Bake 400 for 30 mins., until browned.
