Get Your Quick Fix Peanut Butter Cookie

• 14 cup crunchy peanut butter
• 14 cup sugar, plus extra sugar for topping
• 1 tablespoon Egg Beaters egg substitute

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients and shape into a giant cookie on a greased cookie sheet.
