Dry Garlic Spareribs

  1. Place spareribs in a large pot, cover with water and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until meat is cooked.
  3. Prepare sauce while ribs are cooking.
  4. Mix the next five ingredients together.
  5. Place the cooked spareribs on a foil covered cookie sheet.
  6. Pour sauce over ribs.
  7. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  8. Baste ribs with sauce as they are cooking.
  9. Garnish with chives.
