Pork Kabobs with Cilantro-Ranch Sauce

  1. Heat grill to medium heat.
  2. Blend first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth.
  3. Reserve half the dressing mixture; refrigerate.
  4. Thread meat and vegetables onto 12 skewers.
  5. Grill kabobs 12 to 15 min.
  6. or until meat is done (145 degrees F) and vegetables are crisp-tender, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining dressing mixture for the last 2 min.
  7. Serve with reserved dressing mixture.
