Lemon & Herb Gravy
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tsp flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- Heat butter and garlic in small saucepan over low heat, stirring with a whisk constantly, until butter is melted.
- Mix flour in.
- Cook over low heat, continuing to stir until mixture is bubbly.
- Remove from heat.Stir in the remaining ingredients.
- Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.Serve over chicken, fish, and even beef.
