Lemon & Herb Gravy

  1. Heat butter and garlic in small saucepan over low heat, stirring with a whisk constantly, until butter is melted.
  2. Mix flour in.
  3. Cook over low heat, continuing to stir until mixture is bubbly.
  4. Remove from heat.Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.Serve over chicken, fish, and even beef.
