Easy Cheese Dip
- 1 lb. browned ground beef
- 1 lb. (16 oz.) VELVEETA, cut up
- 1 jar (16 oz.)of your favorite salsa
- 1/2 lb. browned Italian sausage
- Mix all ingredients in saucepan on low heat until VELVEETA is thoroughly melted.
- Serve with pork rinds.
- Try some cream cheese with this dip.
- It adds a great taste.
- You won't believe how good it is and it is very low in carbs!

- Makes 5-1/2 cups.
