Grammy Margaret's Cottage Cheese Salad Recipe

• 1 pkg. lime Jello
• 1/2 c. boiling water
• 1 c. cottage cheese
• 1/2 c. pecans or possibly almonds
• 1 cucumber, diced
• 1 sm. onion, grated
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 3/4 c. salad dressing

1. Dissolve Jello in water.
2. Add in remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well and pour in molds and chill.
