London Broil Recipe

  1. Pierce meat with fork on both sides.
  2. Pour salad dressing over meat and let marinate in refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour (the longer the better).
  3. Broil meat and marinate until done, about 5 min per side.
  4. Slice as thin as possible.
  5. Pour pan juices over meat for extra special flavor.
