Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
- 3/4 c. butter flavor Crisco
- 1 1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. lg. pecan pcs
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream butter flavor Crisco, brown sugar, lowfat milk and vanilla in large bowl.
- Blend till creamy.
- Blend in egg.
- Combine flour, salt and baking soda.
- Add in to creamed mix, gradually.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Drop rounded tablespoonfuls (about 2 measuring Tbsp.)
- of dough 3 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 min for chewy cookies (they will look light and moist).
- Don't over bake; 11 to 13 min for crisp cookies.
- Cold on baking sheet for 2 min.
- Remove to cooling rack.
- 3 dozen 3 inch cookies.
