Creamy Coleslaw with Chives and Shallots

  1. Blend first 9 ingredients in blender.
  2. Place cabbage in large bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage and toss to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to 8 hours, tossing occasionally.
