Scotch Eggs

  1. You need three separate plates to place your ingredients.
  2. In one,place your flour.
  3. In another, place bread crumbs,salt, onion and garlic powder.
  4. In third put your beaten egg.
  5. Take peeled hard boiled egg encase with sausage and roll in flour.
  6. Next roll in beaten egg.
  7. Now roll in seasoned panko.
  8. Let them sit for 5 minutes to ensure coating sticks.
  9. Deep fry in hot oil heated to 350AF.
  10. Remove when golden brown.
  11. Drain on a plate with paper toweling.
  12. Enjoy nice and hot.
  13. Hint.....Boil your eggs the night before and peel, keep in airtight container in the refrigerator.
  14. This quick step gets assembly off to a running start when making these.
