Mexican Corn Chip Sauce Recipe

• 1 1/2 lbs. hamburg
• 1 1/2 lbs. sweet sausage
• 1 med. onion
• 1-2 minced tomatoes
• 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese (mild Mexican)
• Tortilla chips

1. Fry hamburg, sausage and onion; drain.
2. Add in cut up cheese, heat.
3. Stir in tomatoes.
4. Serve over tortillas or possibly corn chips.
5. May use warm Mexican Velveeta, depending on taste.
6. May serve with a salad as a main dish.
