Teh Talua (Indonesian Eggnog)

  1. Boil water.
  2. Add the tea sachets and let steep for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the tea bags.
  4. Boil again for a minute or so.
  5. Beat yolks with sugar until frothy.
  6. Pour hot tea into the yolks and sugar, stir well until foamy.
  7. Squeeze the lemon/lime into the drink.
  8. Enjoy!
