Diabetic Malt Recipe
- 2/3 c. powdered skim lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon chocolate extract
- 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener
- 2 teaspoon sugar free chocolate topping
- 1/4 c. water
- 7 to 8 crushed ice cubes
- Mix the above ingredients in blender till very thick.
- Yield: 1 serving.
- Exchanges: 1 serving equals 2 lowfat milk exchanges.
