Spinach and Bacon Cream Pasta
- 1/2 head Spinach
- 4 slice Bacon
- 1/2 Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 150 ml Milk
- 2 tbsp Skim Milk
- 1 your preference Cheese
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- Cut the bacon and onions into small, easy to eat pieces.
- In a pan on low heat, add olive oil and garlic.
- When it is aromatic, add the bacon.
- Now it's time to prepare the spaghetti.
- Boil a large pot of water, adding in a lot of salt.
- Add the spinach and onions to the pan and increase the heat to medium.
- At the same time, add the spaghetti to the pot of boiling water.
- When the onions start to turn clear in color, add the milk and cheese.
- Stir on medium heat.
- Strain the spaghetti from the water and add it to the pan.
- Mix the spaghetti, adding in pepper and salt for flavor, and it's finished!
